Arlington Imported Briar with Captain Black Royal
I've started my pipe journey today with three
Estate Pipes that I got off the bay last week.
This pipe smoked amazingly good being my first
time to properly pack a pipe, at least I believe it
was packed right, I followed a thread at Pipedia's
website, also found out that there aren't a ton of
true Arlington's floating around ? Anyway, this CB
I'm sure isn't the best tobacco around, but the
tobacco shop here in town is geared more towards
cigs than pipes. Overall really enjoying burning a
bowl with a cold Bud in one hand and a pipe in the
other ! You Guys let me know what some good
aromatic blends that y'all like are, that don't cost
an arm and a leg for a few grams, are there any ?
I'm really gonna enjoy this new found addiction !

The Lane RLP-6 and 1Q blends are nice, they are my "go to" aromatics when I feel the urge. Most tobacco shops carry bulk blends that are pretty close to these two - and they shouldn't cost you much either. Never tried CB myself so I can't compare it to anything that I have had...congrats on finally getting your pipes! Enjoy!!
