Thank you. I'm still improving by a decent margin each time, but in reality I don't think so. I don't inhale, and my 3 mile time actually got worse from last time (which was a surprise 0500 PFT after a nice long bowl the night before). Merry Christmas to you too.
No that pistol isn't the only thing under my kilt, but I can tell you both of them work just fine

There are several webstores in Europe that sell them. Prices are from about 60-70 €, and that is not much for a decent pipe. I've seen them even little cheaper at some b&m stores, but it was either in Poland or Lithuania (cannot remember) and difference wasn't much.
As said, if you are after churchwarden (lesepfeife if you prefer German) then HCA's are all you need (actually you need also a fireplace to sit by, decent book (Hans Brinker will do) and a cold beer).
Vauen does have some nice twin stem churchwardens as well, but i haven't tried. Probably Thomas could tell more.

    Tabakskollegium

As you know one of my favorized tobaccos is "Tabakskollegium".
This tobacco got its name because of a long tradition of the Netherlands and Prussia.

Tolkin's Lord of Rings gave Vauen the inspiration to create some new churchwarden/ Lesepfeifen.

In the picture you find a potter's clay pipe (maybe it isn't the right English word)

Those vauns are nice, and I already have a Peterson Churchwarden, but I really like the looks of the Stanwell HCA's. I just can't justify another pipe at the moment to get one. But I will get one in time. Love that clay pipe, Tomas. I have three clays, but none in the long stemmed like yours.

Not gonna happen my friend. ( I could insert some remark about travelling to the southern state called Victoria and digging up some dirt to send you, but you might not get the funny side )
