sitting at work on another hold over, with nothing to do. gonna be enjoyin some Petersons IF out of my cobs, along with many others that i have yet to finish, and some cotton boll will be in the mix.

Cleaned my binoculars yesterday after the 2011 season.
Now it is ready for the next activities (e.g. our trip to the West- USA next year)

Good afternoon,

A day off from work for a change. While this is just another tuesday around the world, for us it's the independence day.
Very important and respected day here, as the independence hasn't always been self-evindence for us.
It is not only to be proud what we have but to be happy for those others who has their own as well.
So today we do not only celebrate our independence but also remember those men and women who had done so much to defend it, in times of peace and also when the days were bad. Through our history.

We do not have much official ceremonies here except to put two candles in the window when the sun goes down. Today the windows of this country will be full of twin candle signs.
Upon lightning the candles i will also open another tin of FVF and smoke some in my Stanwell HCA.
