I have plans today to hook up with a fellow pipe smoking friend for a few hour smoke session... I'm thinking that PS Twist & Bullseye Flake will be in order... And of course, smoked in a cob

I could use your input/help. I am still trying to replicate Shortcut to Mushrooms.
So far:
4 parts Black Cavendish
4 parts Latakia
1 part Perique, maybe less than a full part
1 pinch Turkish
Although this tastes really good, it's still missing that earthiness I get from StM. Do you really think it has dried shrooms in it? Do you think adding some would do the trick? I'd be willing to share some if I get it to a point where I'm satisfied.

Thanked: 3I would ensure you are using the full part Perique and maybe increasing the Turkish a bit. TO my taste buds it is the Turkish that gives it that earthy taste, YMMV.
