MWS, I hope one day to be able to make such an upgrade. Until then, I must use what I have.
Nosewarmer, yes it is. Furthermore, it is the old logo. I know you are jealous.
If it is the plastic cup part to which you object, no glass in the "pool" area!! Safety first!!

Outstanding! How long did it take for the meer to color like that? I have a couple Altinok Meer's, hope they look like that someday. Of course, I probably need to smoke them a bit more.

Your Altinok Meer pipe was made from Turkish meerschaum.
My pipes are from Tanzanian meerschaum.
So, different meerschaum - different color before and after smoking.
Here is "new" pipe from Tanzanian block meerschaum.
As you see, very different colors.

P.S. Here is link to some my pipes, including meerschaum pipes:

Thanks for the link. You've got some very interesting pipes, I'm sure with a lot of history. I enjoyed taking a look.

Billy Budd in a Kaywoodie Canadian. Couple of cups of Cuban coffee on the side. Just relaxing a bit before my evening shave.
