I'll have to see if I can talk my wife into sitting up and listening to some spooky tales. If you guys like to listen to stories while smoking a pipe, the old Nero Wolfe and Sherlock Holmes radio shows are a good listen.

I'm sorry I don't have the ability to do a good breakdown and review of Peterson's Christmas Blend, but I'll tell you that it's fantastic. When you open the tin, you smell Christmas morning. It smokes well and tastes great. The wife doesn't mind the room note and I'll be getting another tin or two as soon as I can scrape together the money.

It smokes very well Phil, very well indeed, but she holds way more tobacco than I'm willing to put in it all at one time. Generally I fill to half way which is about two regular pipe fills in something like my Pete system. I like this pipe a lot, even though, or maybe because, it is such a big pipe. It sits nicely in the hand, smokes cool and dry and is just perfect for sitting and reading with. This is the one you sent me.

Thank you! Left my tamper at home, so used the unsharpened pencil, worked just fine.
