It's the same thing as Hootchi or Hootchie. Just a different spelling but pronounced the same way. You know what 'Hootchie cord' is don't you?! It's the stuff you use to tie a Hootchie down with to make sure it doesn't blow away in the wind, and aids in getting it nicely angled to shed the rain. Which helps to keep strange campers and their underwear'd friends safely under cover at night

Been looking forward to this pipe in the rotation, one of two dedicated to JKP/TP. A massive chambered rustic autograph 4. Beautiful evening, just the fish & I hanging out.
