    Without. I have some pipes for filter, but use twisted paper instead of filter.

    Afternoon Gents.

    Recently my daughter and her boyfriend spent a week in London. Took them home from the airport this morning. As a gift i got few bottles of beer not sold here and some pipe tobacco that was bought from 221b Baker Street

    So today my friday evening starter will be great:

    Pipe: Peterson
    Tobacco: Peterson Sherlock Holmes
    Beer: Black Sheep Ale

    Wow that was very thoughtful of them! It's always a wonderful feeling when family/friends do things like that. How was the Sherlock Holmes?

    Thanks for asking;

    I was truly surprised as i didn't expect any gift from those 18 yo youngsters for the old man; once again i was wrong Obviously my possible future son-in-law knows which strings to pull with me.

    As for Peterson Sherlock Holmes tobacco i was really surprised. I excepted a strong tobacco with huge shot of nicotine but it was everything else. I've had it only one bowl this far but i think it is very mild. Not much aromatic, maybe just plain good rich virginia.
    Very nice 'clean' tobacco, specially when you want to get mild smokes.

    edit: Black Sheep Ale was great too
