I listen to everything left and right betweens the R&R, Country & Western (also Bluegrass, Honky Tonk and some more) are together with Blues and some other musical influences the origin of R&R and especially BlueGrass and Country i like very much.
And what would Country be without Dolly Parton? :-)

Jethro Tull... With a name like Jethro, does that count as Country Western?

Jethro Tull, nice music but i dont think that it could count as Country / Western Music.
By the Way:
I listen to the Rhododendron (the Songs Name ist Listen to the Rhododendron) from one of
my favourite BlueGrass Bands, the Two High String Band.

Yea, I think that was the general concensus when Jethro Tull one the Grammy Best Hard rock award with Crest of a Knave, beating out Metallica.. Many Shubs and Zulls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of a Sloar that day, I can tell you!"
The Video is very cool, I used to live by Woodstock when I was in Portland. Mt Hood has gained a hump on the right side since this was filmed. Or at least I cannot see the hump in the video. Thanks for posting.

It's a very very sad day chez Cangooner today. I would have bet everything that Shane would have been first to go, but the surprise doesn't overcome my sadness at the news of the passing of a Pogue. Rest in peace, Mr. Chevron. It will be a whisky-filled Pogues marathon in your honour tonight Sir.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
