Well.....since it seems to be niether Okroshka or Borscht, then it needs a name as it was too tasty to forget so I will name it Dachnik soup. Cause If I were at a dacha in the country,I would love a bowl of this with tea and bread. Yep....I kinda like that. In fact I'm gonna have a bowl of Dachnik for supper tonight. I like how it rolls off the tongue.
So to all you Dachniks out there...I dedicate this soup to you.
