I like mine boiled for 3 min and 20 sek
(white should be firm and the yellow lose) and then with some caviar on them - not the expensive kind though, but our Swedish kind in tubes. This is a classic Swedish egg sandwish every kid knows about over here:

I'm just about to make some deviled eggs, using mayo, crumbled bacon, onions, cheddar, mustard and Tabasco. YUM!

Once I ordered 6 tubes of kaviar, 3 regular and 3 dill. It's an acquired taste if you're not used to it, most people I gave it to who tried it didn't like it. I liked it, as long as I had plenty of eggs and knackebrod. It's good on some cheeses, too, like Jarlsberg.
