Only have them like this about 3 times a year.Sometimes you just need some grease!!!
That is the first thing I ever learned to cook! My Dad taught me too. I have them a few times a year. Just had some while on R&R last month. Very good!

I like eggs of nearly every variety and am the official egg chef in the house. A few of my favorites:

Eggs Benedict (time consuming, but very good!)

    Spinach & Mozzarella Omelette

Sunny Side Up with Kim-Chee spice (from the Korean Grociery Store)

Any meat & cheese omelette ... with Taco Bell Fire Sauce on top (the Best Fiancee Ever sends me care packages with Fire Sauce ... just got some more in the mail today)

    Hello,

I eat about 18 eggs a day when Im on my cutting diet. 15 whites and 3 with yolks. I split them up into 3 of my 7 meals I have per day. Normally I just scramble them with a little olive oil, onions, broccoli, and mushrooms. I usually have them with oatmeal and dried cranberries or 2 pieces of whole wheat toast. When Im on my bulking diet I eat about 18 eggs a day, 9 whites and 9 with yolks. I split them up between 3 of my 7 or 8 meals I have a day during bulking. Normally Ill fried them in a little olive oil and serve them over buttered whole wheat toast or serve them over a cup of cooked brown rice. Hot sauce is always on the table if I feel the need to spice it up a little.

    Yum,

    Chris

This morning, I had two sunnyside up eggs. The Secretary of the Air Force was in line behind me and ordered a ham and cheese omelette. He's here in Qatar on business. We had a good conversation. I briefed him once before while I was assigned to the Pentagon.

One of my other favorites is a soft boiled egg (or two), served with a slice of dense bread (pretty much anything sold at the Russian market), some hard cheese and some sort of smoked meat. Again,.the Russian market makes life easy. I can slice up any of the sausages they carry or the crazy smoked bacon that doesn't need to be cooked.
A lover of Russian food might you be ? I sure am !

I love egges ! My favorite at home is poached, runny on top of buttered toast with any kind of breakfast meat ! Or when I make red or green chile and do Enchiladas pancake style with cheese and chile in between and a fried runny egg on top with more chile......and cheese. And for the coupe de gras..if you've ever had the pleasure of a good morning burger(cheeseburger with bacon and a semi hard fried egg) HEAVEN !
