Looks fantastic,love those link belts you used for the motor drive,really cuts down on vibs,switched all my lathes,saws over last year,big diff in belt noise also.

I really like that wheel for everything form coarse to fine. It is a bader wheel it runs dead true and I like the serrations.

I mainly use ceramic belts of one flavor or another. I have some with structured abrasive like the trizcat belts. I have not tried a great variety of belts, but I find ceramic abrasives to be worth the money.

I bought the Bader 8" wheel from Jantz knife supply.

I bought the remainder of the contact wheels 2"-6" from USA Knife Maker.

The tracking and drive wheels are self made. I purchased the bearings and pillow blocks locally at Purvis Bearing Supply, they are a chain of stores in the states. In the past I have bought bearings from Enco and off of Ebay.

If I had deeper pockets I would have bought all Bader wheels.

I like your video Charlie. I like the way that your bearings are spread out on the rear shaft. I have a no weld grinder very similar to this and one of the things that I have questioned is how close the bearings are on the shaft. room for lots of flex.
