The tracking arm is complete and the gas strut is hooked up and operational. All I need is a drive wheel. Hopefully the backorder will show up soon..

Well, The drive wheel came in today, so I really didnt have a lot of time to mess with it. Here is a short video of the grinder on it's maiden voyage... Looks like all I need to do is move the tracking wheel out about 1/2" and the drive out about 1/4" to the right to line things up better. Hopefully that will be it and it will be a "done deal"...

Well I have followed this from the start,
First off Great job,
I learned a lot through your trials and tribulations plus the conversation in the thread.
As a side note I would also like to mention that your photography seemed to steadily improve as the grinder came into being....
