I've tried that much, plus more, but only on my phone. Meaning...

I went as far as to make a copy on my phone, use an editor app to rotate (so it was now sideways to me) and/or crop it (to change the aspect ratio), and/or other tweaks so it was not the same. Nothin did the trick. Using an actual computer might, just haven't tried it.

I think I hear an echo
Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

I don't make my sandwich ahead of time because I work at a bread factory... there is always a few loaves loitering in the break room .

Did you Gents take your multivitamin today?

I surpassed 18k steps at work today, and improvised some curls (because my arms were a bit spent already & unable to do more than 2 pull-ups ). Did four sets of 10 curls, using bread pans as weight. 1 set with two pans, 2 sets with three pans, then another set with two pans. I should note that these pans bake five loaves at a time, and weigh in the neighborhood of 15lbs each.

I think that's a decent start to Moving more than I normally would. The steps taken, however, comes woth the territory of having a job that has no form of the word "sitting" in it.

Lol, some of you guys had better Mos at day 4 than I do at day 12. This is me going for an Autolycus style MI (and also the reason I shave):

I'm woefully behind on my moves, unless the daily exercise at work counts. Lot of walking here and there to fetch cars at a dealership.

My friends and family who follow my "Food Porn" on Instagram and Facebook often comment when seeing me after a while: "wow, I though you would weight 325 lbs /150K /25 st by now"

I can feel the love, but it's mostly tough love...

Walking around at work counts, it's a "move"
And you look a lot slimmer in this pic compared to your Mo profile...
