I knew lifting those heavy 8/8s every day would do something to the body ,but I didn`t think it would cause that much of a problem
best of luckI know what your going through but at least you have a chance to fix the problem
Kind regards Peter

Hey J
Sorry to hear about the bum shoulder. Perhaps it's because your razor is too heavy
But seriously, take it easy, and from what I hear sleeping on the couch adds extra support (resting the bad arm agains the back of the couch), and helps you sleep better.
Good luck!

Josh,
Sorry, I've been out of the loop with the show circuit and just caught up with this thread. Has a surgery date been set? No one seems to blame the problems with your shoulder on the 45 ACP you've been firing. I told you that you'd be better off moving to the 40 S&W.

"If it ain't 8/8 or larger and I can't chop down a tree with it or pierce my ear with it, then it ain't touchin my face!"
Josh,
Ever since you changed your sig I've been meaning to drop a note saying that I've got a beautiful Husqvarna 350cc chainsaw that seems to meet your requirements to a tee! What more could you ask for, Swedish steel no less. I can also guarantee that if you shave with it you will definitely not have to worry about stubble for at least a couple of days . Maybe this is a solution while you're recovering?
Seriously, here's wishing you a speedy recovery.

Josh,
Best wishes for the surgery. Get well soon. And get used to typing with your nose, or buy one of those voice-to-type programs. Because you know you won't be able to leave for that long.
I think the solution is to send your wife to barber college. Then she won't be nervous anymore.

Sorry to hear about your luck. Does this mean I should keep the Friodur?
My first response to not being able to stretch was to say, "Don't even think about it", but if a blind guy can shave with a straight, you might be able to pull it off and if you're willing to let your wife shave you, you're being brave already, just remember that it's like learning to shave all over again no matter which of you wields the steel.
FUD had something of this problem (one handed shaving) a few months back, perhaps you should PM him about it. I think his solution was DE though. I know he shaves his FIL so maybe you could get him to do you too.
