So I have compiled a list of everyone mentioned so far so that Frank can make some attempt at a guess at the number of people attending in order to figure out how much pork to buy.

So that brings it down to 18 with a few more unknowns. I figure our "meat estimate" will be 15 max.

Sounds like two pork shoulders to me if you want to believe a memphis pulled pork self proclaimed expert who competes in the May BBQ contest. ,, I usually feed about 8-10 per shoulder. , and at least a half gallon of coleslaw!! Wish I could have made this one , my home life is getting better all the time so it's coming for me soon , being retired will give me the opportunity to get in some long rides.
