Im sorry to hear that Kyle, you will be missed ,seeing as you provide a cool custom service would it be possible to ask you if you could provide some samples of your work for show as Im sure there will be guys interested in what you do.

Also wanted to take a minute to thank Traveler who was Kind enough to donate Gift certificates for some sets of custom Scales for our gathering. I met with the Church across the street today and think I have secured a free meeting space for Saturday. So it looks like we have the whole weekend set and the only real expense will be the cost of the Food which we will do raffles etc to cover. So you guys come on down and plan to have fun!

ok fellas 9 weeks to go....yipeeeeee, i cant wait....get your final thoughts together and tell doc if you need a hotel....we wanna keep you all in one place so transportation is easy.....

I just got the chance to read thru the entire thread!

I may be able to get my Liberty Card, load up the bike and head north! If I am thinking correctly, it should be about a 7 hour ride. Excellent day trip!

I will need a room (or a corner) to sleep in; odds are I'll be coming up stag. If I can't make it for some reason, I should atleast be able to donate a couple of 1pc scales for the event.

As for the "other" forums, I'd support it since unity in the community is always a good thing!

Sounds like a blast. I will try to attend unless I am in a sandier locale. I also would not be needing lodging, I grew up in McDowell County (Lake James) and could just stay with family either in Rutherfordton or Lake James.
