One week to go and all is on schedule. I plan on having at least a two day old beard growth so I can try one of Sham's razors. Sham bring a good one. If you want to get in on the soap exchange bring a new puck of some kind. This is voluntary of course. I have 4 to put in the bucket so we can have a variety to start with.

If you have an extra lawn chair or two to bring it would be helpful. The meal is planned for around 5:00pm. There looks to be plenty of honing and a little repair going on and maybe some horse trading. Saturday, May 30, 1:00 PM. Be There.

Just a little preview of the Shave Den. I can't believe I had all that stuff on my sink. The shelf is Red Oak from a tree I cut down on my own place. It has a semi gloss Polyurethane finish.

Hey Utopian if you split between MN and Mo how close are you to northern MO?
It's about 90 miles to the northeast border of MO and 225 miles to the meet-up. I now officially have 1 week to get my car running. The air conditioner compressor has burned out so I have to pull it and find a by-pass belt, which doesn't officially exist for my car. I'm hoping I can find a belt that will fit it anyway, but if not, I'll just take a different car

That is just a tad different from mine. Put it this way, my shave pit is in the unfinished basement of my 1870 house. 'Nuff said?

Edit: I forgot to mention, yours looks great!!!

Nah I was just thinking about the route I took last time I went to Iowa and figured that was the way you would come down. There may be a shorter route for you once you get to Hannibal. Your not coming through Moberly then south on 63 are you?
