Well guys, June 14th or July 11th will work for me. I'll bring some strops for prizes as well as certificates for honing and restorations.

I'm new to the forum, sort of; been a member for a long time but haven't really used a straight until recently and just sort of been lurking. Is it a problem if I crash whatever get-together happens? I'm in Garland.

On behalf of everyone who has previously participated: Once a firm date is established you will be more than welcome and we would enjoy having you. We have historically had a great time and everyone enjoyed the company of others of like mind.

alright, it looks like we have some definite interest (i have also spoken to dewey offline and he's interested, so is cdpyronme) so now we need to pick a date.

I'm thinking late July or early August, 'cuz my a/c is acting up and I need to fix it before I have a bunch of people over on a hot day
