alright, the 8th is sounding pretty universally convenient, so we just have a couple of other things to decide.

    1. traditionally, we have some sort of seminar. i am willing to do an uber lather seminal, and whatever else i can contribute. i do not consider myself a honemeister, so if we want a honing seminal we're going to have to ask john crowley real nice
    2. we usually have a giveaway. i have several items lined up for this already that i am donating... if you are interested in donating something for the give-away, please PM me, i need to get that organized.
    3. i usually take pictures because i have a good camera, but if we could get one more person with photography skills to also take pictures, i would really appreciate it and we would have less missed pictures. PM me if you have the chops and the camera.
    4. i am not donating redneck soap for the giveaway. instead, i am going to do a soapmaking seminar and everyone who wants soap can make their own! due to that, i'm going to need a head count no later than 2 weeks before the event so i can order enough ingredients. if you aren't sure, still say yes 'cause it's better to have too much than not enough. i have about a dozen scents and a few colors if anyone is into that, plus tons of glycerine. the seminar will use redneck soap v2.7, my latest recipe, so be sure to come

i think that's about it. if anyone has questions, post 'em up or PM me.

Since you are gracious to host the event, I don't think you need to do the dog and pony show too.

I can do a seminar on strops and stropping with various kinds of strops and strop finishes.

I will bring up the Millennium collection so you guys can see what a thousand years in seven razors look like.

I'll donate a few strops and razors plus some certificates for restorations and some for honing.

    Thumbs up

I'll be there and would like to make some soap as well. I have been known to take a picture or two (or a few hundred) at events so I'll also bring my camera. I've got some of those camping chairs, 3 or 4 I could bring, too.
