August 8 sounds good to me - unless I get lucky and find a job between now and then and have to work a Saturday. That is looking highly unlikely though.

How long do these things last? Is it a one afternoon thing? I am about 4 to 5 hours south of you and would need to set up a hotel or something.

usually most of the afternoon and occasionally into the early evening.

since we are not having it at sherlock's, we have less of a time crunch
