My wife and I ended up taking some time for ourselves closer to home at the last minute. I hope everyone enjoyed the time immensely, and maybe there will be another opportunity next time around for myself to say hello in person

What a wonderful meetup we had guys. Even bigger and better than last year. I think the weekend deal is the berries. There was so many things to do and see the whole weekend is a must. Phil and Lee we missed you and wished you could have made it. We missed Tim [Old Blades] also. I have started to upload some pictures to Flickr and will do them a few at a time.

Gee ,thanks for letting us know you were blowing us off,so we didn't worry,ya jerk!! LOL Yeah, it was an awesome meet. I watched everyone's honing techniques and am starting to get 'hone curious' It was really nice to meet ppl whom I know only from their posts. You missed your opportunity to join the newly formed Brotherhood of the AK Burn. (Lynn, Benjamin and myself are charter members.) I didn't even realize there were going to be door prizes. I won 2 SRD soaps,a Bulldog shaving mug, and........ <drumroll> a coticule! Lynn said it's the world's ugliest coticule. LOL
