I'm sorry to see that ChrisL is not on the list. I was hoping that things would have settled down enough for him to make it. Will Terry Knipschield be there? I know he's not on the list, but I'm not sure if he is a member of the forum. I was under the impression that he was going to give a grinding demonstration.

Randy, I'll call you tonight for directions. I'm pretty sure I remember how to get to Mike's place, but I need to catch up with you anyway.

For any relative beginners, please bring along any razors that need repair or honing. There will be plenty of people there to help you and your razors can be used for demonstrations. It's a win-win!

Well, I'm going to be doing frequent drives down to Iowa City for the next several months, so I will still gladly invite myself down to Waverly some time! I'd like to get a chance to glean more of what you have learned of scale-making in the past year.

Dinner some time would be great, and after we get a house and bring up the Big Green Egg, we can do some serious grilling! I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Terry's been invited and I know he's getting ready for an important knife show. If he's not there, I'm prepared to cover the grinding.

I'm going to start pulled pork and a chicken first thing in the morning on the Egg. We've got buns, tater salad, cole slaw, chips, and who knows what we'll come up with. We can probably eat anytime after noon or whenever folks feel like the snacks are enough.

Okay, Terry will be there. I just got off the telephone. He's bringing sharp stuff for show and tell.

Wish I could make it to a meet. Just found out i do not have to work tomorrow night. Not sure I could swing cash for gas to MN this week. I am sure there will be others yet to come.

Sorry for the late reply. But I am very interested in stooping in. Not sure what to bring or where exactly to go but am excited to meet some of you.
