Here is mine
I did this with a blank I got at last years meet. This project convinced me to buy a belt grinder.

Hello All,
I like the idea and would like to sign up at this time. Thank you! I will not be hammering though. So I am planning for Saturday and Sunday.
I look forward to seeing all there!

Thanked: 335That's the katydid wearing a down parka. Some think it's a unique bug, but with layering and the final down parka cover that makes the typical summer's buzz softer and of a lower pitch - more baritone than the nasal tenor one hears earlier in the year. Actually, most katydids migrate south so they don't have to visit the tiny box clothier to stock up on winter garments and pay what can an exorbitant price since they can't wait for the after Christmas sales.
I can't wait to see the hammer it will be usingLast edited by Bruce; 01-20-2012 at 05:22 PM.

Thanked: 2209Here are some pics of what to expect in the Damascus class. I spent a couple hours at Mikes workshop today and asked him to set up a "stack" so you guys could see what will be worked on. Please note that we will be doing this, not Mike.
25 layers of 1095 and 15N20
Squaring up the stack

Thanked: 335I like that. Do you get better patterns from the amperage or the voltage and is DC flux better than AC flux?
OK, I'll be quiet now.
