Just a thought, I was talking with Colin/TrilliumLT & mentioned the idea of doing a blind shave soap/cream test, he said it would be a good idea to bring up in this thread and see what interest it would draw.

Thanked: 116Laphroaig quarter cask is very affordable and a top notch scotch. I won't be attending, as mentioned, but I would highly recommend this stuff! It's got a nice smooth finish with a slightly smokey/oakey/petey taste with hints of honey and vanilla.
It's not going to offend someone new to scotch like a lagavulin 16 that tastes like pete rolled in a tobacco leaf and soaked in booze.
