I have been planning meals for the meet and have decided Saturday I will make chili and corn bread. I have a few ideas for sunday but have not settled on the exact meal yet any ideas will be considered. I have been told that some of the people coming have offered to help in the kitchen that is not necessary appreciated but not needed I will handle the kitchen while you guys play with your toys. I enjoy cooking and the more people I have to cook for the better. If you would like to bring anything food or drink please pm me.Have a great night Wanda

What time are we planning on starting on Saturday. I'm trying to decide if I want to stay in Yakima on friday or maybe somewhere out a little bit. Thanks

I'm planning on coming up, but I won't get into town till Saturday evening. I thought you were going to be doing this Sunday as well, is that correct? If not, I can get into town on Friday evening. That might work out better anyway, I could drive home Sunday instead of Monday. I've got about a 10 and a half hour drive, I wasn't looking to stay more than two nights. I'm really looking forward to being there!

Less than 1 week to go until the meet! If I can get confirmation on who is coming and how many you are bringing with you (even if it is a maybe). This will give me an idea on how much food to purchase this week.
I will be getting the lathe cleaned and lubed. Moving vehicles/trailers around to accommodate the extra vehicles. Might even get to spend some time doing my actual work this week!
    Thanks guys!
