    No collusion from our member as he is the one who Identified the stone here in the forum and told that he sold the hone to the re-seller.

    I get kind of sick of these guys that arrange photo's with just enough clarity to make you wonder , short descriptions that lead us on to "Is it"?? "Could it be an Thuringian?" ETC.

    Boy would I like to give some of them wall to wall counseling, maybe put their Nose to the Hone or vice versa.
    BUT, these days folks don't like a rough guy dealing with rip offs in the old school manner, they want to take them to court etc. GRRR.

    Whatever it is it looks good and fine . It is an old stone and i bett you hit the Jacpot ( thuringian ) or it is one of those very fine and fast , UK slate hones , soft as thuris
