This one does cut pretty fast and has a nice sound to it when honing. I haven't tried the bbw side yet.

the top picture does'nt show much colour due to picture, your stone is the double of my la vainette. take a look at jarrrds he has ala drassabte advertised you will see the join is the same as the one i have pictured.

thats the one i use mainly it is great stone the other side is similar to yours , both sides cut well the yellow side turns black with slurry its as quik as lightening

This one is certainly fast as well which is what I was looking for. That Hybrid is soooo nice I bet that cost some bucks!
