Nakayama Asagi with yake (yellow/orange coloring).
Yuuyake means sunset in Japanese. The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Thanked: 2591My latest acquisition , a beautiful and very big Ohira Renge Suita, from Maksim @ JNS.
The stone has the purple renge but also a spot with black renge, very unique and beautiful. Already lacquered the sides and back.

Most of my tomonagura stones came from two jnats that I cut up
I purchased a heap really really cheap and found two were no good for sharpening due to su and flakey layers.
They do work wonders for tomonagura stones though
Chris.
