We can also conclude by looking at the poll that Lynn finishes with Suehiro most often! His AND everyone elses razors?
"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
    I rest my case.

The real reason for the thread has been figured out. Now that we all know his trick we can stop sending him our stuff!

I use the norton as my main hone. A guy name Lynn Abrams does too ...... among other hones.

Might be your MAIN hone Jimmy, but this is about finishers

Wanna bet that in less than 100 posts people start to "Draw Conclusions"

Without fail every single time we have done these threads, I guess it is just human nature
I came to a conclusion on page 4 of this thread, "I don't have enough hones."

.......I could have done without this thread.

If the razor isn't shaving well at the 8k level, whether norton or whatever, going to a finisher is putting chocolate frosting on dog doo .......

I'm not trying to draw conclusions from the results, I'm more trying to say that there is no way to draw a conclusion.

So, in conclusion, there is no conclusion

I dunno. If you never tried an Escher or a Zulu, or a Suehiro, how would one know?
I got the Naniwa because it is cheap and popular. I just adore it. If a fine friend had not gifted me the Escher, I probably would still be a strictly Naniwa finisher guy.
Dem natural finishing hones are expensive! Looks to me like the Naniwa is the most voted for? For the money, I think it is great!

Well not that it matters, but, while I posted a picture of a thuringian stone, I use the Naniwa more these days. I just didn't see any flash in a Naniwa12k pic. And I have more pictures of stones than family...
