    My usual EDC's are .

    Spyderco Carbon Fiber Military
    Spyderco Carbon Fiber Caly 3

    or

    Al Mar Sere
    Al Mar Mini Sere
    Al Mar SLB

    plus a
Boker Subcom (as a money clip)
    Boker Rescom

Always carry an Atwood ti Prybaby too, knives are for cutting not prying.

Sometimes switch it up with a Strider or Zero Tolerance, have a new Spyderco Carbon Fiber Stretch that will be joining the rotation.

Normally I carry a Benchmade switchblade or tactical folder with a tanto blade. I have been eyeing a nice Al-Mar knife, however.

I just got a Benchmade Dejavoo. It seems like a great knife. The blade is pretty big, but the knife is very light overall.

I've had the small Swiiss (Victorinox) in my pocket for the last 35 year maybe. The one with the scissors and the file and the smalle blade. I lose one on average every 2 years, on average.

    Not exactly a lethal weapon.

today in my pocket it's a CRKT M16LE and a Boker Rescom.

that Rescom is kinda silly, due to it's tiny size, but dang if it isn't one of the handiest things I've ever had... find myself using it all the time!

Well ... after reading some of these replies I'm reminded of this scene from "Peanuts":

Lucy Van Pelt: Aren't the clouds beautiful? They look like big balls of cotton. I could just lie here all day and watch them drift by. If you use your imagination, you can see lots of things in the cloud's formations. What do you think you see, Linus?

Linus Van Pelt: Well, those clouds to me look like the map of the British Honduras on the Carribbean.
    [points up]

Linus Van Pelt: That cloud up there looks a little like the profile of Thomas Eakins, the famous painter and sculptor. And that group of clouds over there
    [points]

Linus Van Pelt: gives me the impression of the Stoning of Stephen. I can see the Apostle Paul standing there to one side.

Lucy Van Pelt: Uh huh. That's very good. What do you see in the clouds, Charlie Brown?

Charlie Brown: Well... I was going to say I saw a duckie and a horsie but I changed my mind.

But I'll go ahead anyway, and say that during the week I carry a stockman pocketknife--just a knockoff until I get it together to order my Case. And a multitool, also a knockoff, in my briefcase, in case anything comes up that needs pliers or a screwdriver. Weekends, I usually carry a Victorinox Swiss Army knife, one of the medium-range models. Nothing fancy, but I do tend to think that a guy should have a knife on him, and I usually do unless flying or going into a courthouse.

Gents, for the last 30 years I have carried an "OLD TIMER" traditional stockmans' knife, by Schrade. As a child I carried a Henry Boker, stockmans' friend, same sort of knife, and used to be common in rural circles down under. Your survey was interesting. When I hunt, I carry a sheath knife ground from and old chaff cutter blade, by an old mate who has a flair for such things, it would be called a primative style as it is crude but works really well.

    Interesting...
my first "good knife" I wanted badly and finally got, was a Schrade Old Timer. It was what my grandfather carried (and I think he still carries it) and his was always razor sharp.
Now since Schrade went out of business and the latest knives carrying the name are Chinese, I look elsewhere.

    Shame.

I'm still carrying my Clutch on my keychain. I'm pleased with it except that one of the locking mechanisms have broken and the retaining screw is wiggling loose. I need to send it in to Gerber, but I can't bear to take it off my keys

The Lady Hawk is still on my jeans most days, but I've been thinking about getting a different clip-on. Until then, I'll just keep scaring people
