I carry a Spyderco UKPK and a little bug or ladybug on my keys. I do have a Caly Jnr zdp189, Kershaw Leek D2 composite, ManixII and some others for walks in the woods.

I own a nice fixed blade Gerber Gator, which i love because of the plastic sheath and handle with a nice edge, it's pretty cheap steel but easy to look after and what not. Unfortunately I can't have an EDC knife at all being a 16 year old in the UK the police seem to think everyone on earth would like to kill each other at least i can go camping with it

From what I've read on Britishbladeforums, A knife with a cutting edge of less than 3 inches that also does not lock is exempt from the Offensive Weapons Act. A knife that fits this description can be sold to a person under 18 years old as it is exempt under Section 139, but most retailers will still not sell to a person under 18 because of the number of feral children stabbing their classmates and the media's reaction !!

Check out britishblades before you carry, they have a good legal section, but I think I'm right in saying there is no age to carry a sub 3 inch folding knife, it may not be wise as the police wouldn't like it, but perfectly legal.
What you have to be carefull with in the UK, is that even this legal EDC knife becomes an Offensive Weapon if you (admit to) carrying it for self defence or act in a threatening manner. Anything can be an offensive weapon in this mad country.
Anyway, read up on the law at BB, the chaps there will give you better info than I can give as to UK law.
I'm sure US readers will be gobsmacked that we cannot carry an object to defend ourselves on our sad little island. I actually think that all the British who had any idea of what Liberty means emigrated to the States many years ago.

I believe we should all have the RKBA, it's a basic human right to my mind!

I always carry a Benchmade mini griptillian. It's a fantastic little knife and I highly recommend picking one up if you can. I also have a victorinox signature lite on my keys which I would also recommend getting just because it comes in really handy especially when I need a blade but I don't want to scare the "sheeple" aroumd me.

    Post EDC Knives

Right now I have a Columbia River Knife & Tool Pazoda ( Single locking blade) and an Old Timer traditional.

The Old timer stays in my pocket all the time, never leaves it unless I use it. The CRKT gets switched out for one of it's brothers depending on what I'm going to be doing or if I just want something different.
