Weather has calmed down for at least the next few days. Currently 65 degrees Fahrenheit at 2:30pm. THere's a Goodwill across the street from my supermarket and I go there often just to see if they have any good oddities at the moment. But Goodwill has learned, they glean a lot of the good stuff out now and put it on their own auction website. But best news is my self named strop came this morning, a day early! What a find. A true Scottish linen back and a totally unblemished Russian hide top. All it needs is a little conditioning and its good to go. Also just saw my doctor for my three month diabeties check up. He told me to stop bothering him and stay away for the next 4 months. Makes an old body feel good.

Sounds like you have all the luck, glad to hear on all counts.
Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

Ed is that not when you actually purchase a charity shop?

Damon i really think you should get the invisible edge one for £29 with the material or get a Neil Miller one and make your own material strop

As long as your gut doesnt have a delayed reaction ie the one man Mexican wave effect, then it probably ok.
    What is the skip-a-thon for?
How was/is everyones Friday evening (you can wait until it happens if you are not there yet, or just guess), mine was exciting, it started with a dodgy haircut that I gave myself, a meal replacement shake (yummy chocolate flavour), followed by an uninspiring shave, toenail cutting and soon to be asleep. All before 8.30.
Hay bales and Horses for me mate. Fat doesn't mean weak you know! But I'm not that strong as to throw my weight around like Carl likes to do . I am, however, working on it! That Mexican wave thing would be a pain in the arse...Well maybe not specifically, but it would certainly mess with the oscillatory trajectory of ones body, whilst trying to travel up and down in a rhythmic way to dodge the rather thick and stinging bit of corded cow hide that one is swinging in an orbit of ones corpus. I would imagine it would be hard to go up if most of your weight was going down instead.

The Kids skip-a-thon was to raise money for the school to get air conditioning in the older parts of the complex. It was held Thursday. The girls did well, especially the middle child who came all the way from continuously falling flat on her face and tangled in skipping rope, to able to jump rope slowly, but consecutively four times before just tripping up, without the falling down part, and starting again within reasonable time.

Why did you give yourself a dodgy haircut? That seems like a silly thing to do. You can get one of those at the hairdressers You know? But then again why pay for it...

i might be able to rescue you, in a craft fair i just walked past some homemade shaving soap with excellent ingredients including kaolin clay and didnt buy it just because it was unscented.

marzipan sweet almond cake, the only thing putting me off from buying cella
