    Thanks, the hinges were in bad shape. I put them in an ultrasonic cleaner with some simple green to knock off all of the gunk, then hand polished with a bit of MAAS.

    My razors are stored in silicone impregnated gun socks. They seem to work fairly well as a rust inhibitor, as long as you let your razors air dry before putting them in them. I picked them up from Jarrod over at TheSuperiorShave.
