When I eat that, the eggs are over-hard, and the toast isn't toasted... because toast hurts my gums. Frequently, it will be between two slices of not toasted toast, with thin Miracle Whip on each, and a light dusting of Lawry's. Now that is a good sammich, with a simple but robust bouquet!

Also, by making an effort with the presentation, I also force myself to enjoy it. Far too often I simply prepare food and use it as fuel, with far too little time placed on enjoying it.
But, bit by bit, I am learning.

Home made rye bread, toasted, with peanut butter and black coffee.

Wake up and smell the coffee,stop and smell the roses and definitely eat the Pate' it's to die for !!

Morning fry up: Spaghetti Squash ,ground turkey and Cajun seasoning topped with a fried egg and cheese.Hot coffee on the side.

I made the batter with yeast and let it sit on the counter overnight. The eggs are whisked in while the waffle iron is heating.

What remains.
