    Well yes, or a magazine/ advertising pamphlet, newspaper is actually quite a good insulator and its disposable. Do not put any if the above over a grill or toaster, or pour boiling water over them for that matter.

    Okay couple things here.....First pics this mornings breakfast. Tea(of course) Rye toast with butt'r. Fried mushrooms and maple syrup links. Had no eggs. Next......If my trainer saw me eating this she would kill me.....more mayo n mite toast and.....ha ha.........I licked the knifery clean !!!! Name:  001.jpg

    No of course not, but you are still eating those things on separate bits of bread aren't you?! It's time to slap a bit of whatever is going and mixing and matching to find the tastes that marry well, or even if they don't, being able to deal with it, like peanut paste and vegemite. I know you mentioned that in an earlier post as something only a child could like, but about 90% of all Australians would have eaten that and like it at some stage. Jam and marmite would be great on toast together providing one flavour isn't trying to override the other.

    Ok it was vegemite, peanut butter and honey, that tasted weird, but yes peanut butter and vegemite should go. I reckon roast beef coated in bitter dark chocolate would be good.

    Right brekkie by default, as I am working nights, I licked both the knifery and forkery, bread was used on the crockery.
