I reckon you'd struggle to to find a pure bred anybody these days.

They also come in tubes of about 145 grammes that give you much more vegemite for your sandwich and would post quite nicely too. No need for jars when the mite comes in travel packs like that, ready to go.

I usually need 2 or 3 of those single servings at once.

These would come in handy. Say you were at the opera and had a sudden urge for some Vegemite!

well you are right, the difference is that the single serves would only cost me the postage, whereas you'd have to buy the mite and the postage.
us minimg magnates dont get rich buying stuff
on the downside it would be about 2 weeks until i would be able to post any off.
we could of course just put a dollop into a ziplock bag and post that.

That can be zipped up again and again also. refer back a few pages and see what myself and especially Mick have done with oatmeal. It doesn't have to be drudgery. Also, since breakfast is my favorite and it is the most important meal of the day. I have decided to make breakfast my main meal and lunch and dinner smaller and simpler. Same budget just shifted around is all . Cheers !

it gives you more day to burn off the calories, and more time to enjoy the aftertaste, and you sleep better if you havent got a groaning belly, and it makes the morning more exciting.
having said that i am at home this week so probably toast or porridge for 6 days
