    I'm making chili tomorrow.

Stew meat browned to a light crust
    Onion. Lots of onion
    Chipotle chilis
    poblano pepper
Chopped tomatoes. I like tomatoes in mind
    Spices and chili powder.

After cooking I have two bowls. Cook's treat.

Then I add chili beans for the boss.

A local BBQ joint is touting chili made with smoked brisket. That sounds tasty but I think I would rather have the brisket as it was meant to be consumed.

I used to make this Scottish dish called woodcock,I just called it Scots toast myself but, it's toast with butter and anchovy spread over it followed by a layer of scrambled egg and a little onions and or caper if you wanted to get all haute about it .

Good cuppa tea or coffee with that and yer off and runnin. I sometimes added a little hot sauce on top when I wanted to totally mess up the culture of it but man it was good.
