You might have enough to make the same 15 lbs buying the stuff to make it. Maybe not with the everything bagel seasoning but I run into that making my own curry powder. It's cheaper and a LOT easier to buy it made but I do it because I can't ever find it mixed the way I like it. Problem is to buy all the ingredients you could make 10 lbs of it just to make enough for one pot of Jamaican curried goat. But,......it doesn't come out the same if I don't so what do ya do?

Where are all the ingredients produced? There is one country in particular that I avoid buying products from, especially food items. It has placed awful tariffs and restrictions on Aussie products. So I try do my little bit and I don't buy their products, futile as it may be.

This is my little stash aside from what is in the kitchen. There is more in there than what might appear. Dried ramps to cummin....
When the kitchen container is empty it gets refilled from here.
The one I am really nuts about is fresh ground black pepper so I keep a full bag in the bread drawer.
If I need 1/2 of a tsp of something to make 10 lbs of something I usually have it if it is in my usual style of cooking.

I just got back from there! Thought I would give it a try. $10.95 for 4.5 ounces.
$91 later I also now have Poppy seeds both Blue and White amoung assorted other things.
One thing nice about living in the city is I can go and get almost anything I want without driving far or mail ordering it!Last edited by 32t; 11-02-2023 at 06:49 PM.
