Even better tonite. Coated with garlic butter and some Colby jack cheese, put under the broiler till browned.

Made up a batch of pepperoni rolls the other day.

A nice snowy day up here. Fed my starter and baked up a couple loaves for the weekend.

A little gassy and a few bottom bulges but still turned out pretty good.

My fishin buddies wife been laid up at home for years because of medical reasons, and being incapable of walking.

So I figured I'd make a visit and bring along one of these fine, Pineapple cheese braid, loafs.

Turned out these two wholemeal multigrain loaves yesterday. This was a new recipe in a new oven (gas). Still some trial 'n error to go. Don't look the best but bloody tasty
