Snowy day for me too.
My fishin buddies wife been laid up at home for years because of medical reasons, and being incapable of walking.
So I figured I'd make a visit and bring along one of these fine, Pineapple cheese braid, loafs.

Turned out these two wholemeal multigrain loaves yesterday. This was a new recipe in a new oven (gas). Still some trial 'n error to go. Don't look the best but bloody tasty- Mick.
