Mr Moo, you have convinced me to try a bread machine via Goodwill. I currently use a Kitchenaid but some days when I have little time to run it and the subsequent hand kneading I think needing a machine would insure fresh bread that busy day.

BTW is sent an email in response to your PM (we have a lot of emails between us). Did you get it?

CHALLAH FRENCH TOAST IS THE BEST!! with Maple syrup and Raspberry jam.
