    Finished the second pot of the day. Have to say the new glasses are growin on me good. What was that blah blah I said earlier about handles ? Hmm must'a not been important. Off to the Tobacco shop for a smoke with the boys now. Cheers fellas !

    Cream works well, 1/2 1/2 the same... I like mine creamy rather than watered down if I'm going to use the "teet"

    So,off topic for a moment because I didn't want to start a whole thread just for this but.........holy creeeaaaaapp ! I just got my first offer for an AARP card in the mail. Oh dear lord.....going to have to make special big pot of tea tonight.

    Lemme guess, your 50th birthday is in about six months? That's when I got my letter. If I remember correctly, it was on a day that wasn't going all that well to begin with. Some tea and a pipe, and things will look better.

    I've been heavily recruited by AARP since I retired from the military in 2005 I only recently was old enough to join (even if I were so inclined). I guess they figured retired from the military meant REAL retirement.
