My wife works for Caterpillar in Belfast and every year they give out a great christmas hamper to all their staff. Just the usual stuff, christmas pudding, mince pies, shortbread, etc.
It also includes some local tea and this year it was this. Nothing fancy, just a slightly tweeted recipe of my normal everyday tea but tasty stuff. Name: image.jpg

Think I'm gonna crack open the mince pies now too!

I started a new job, in the big smoke (Adelaide) a week and a half ago at Head Office. Now I'm Carl Schneider, Man About Town. I carry a brown leather satchel and an umbrella (when the weather dictates) and go to The Central Markets at lunch time. Sometimes I walk across roads when the little man tells me not to; I am, even this early, in tune with the city life...

At the markets is a tea shop, today I bought (and drank) these...

    https://tbar.com.au/index.php/cart/p.../mortali-t-new

I LOVE the bright blue of the cornflower and the red of the goji berries in the 'Mortali-T and the pink peppercorns in the 'Digni-T...
    And they taste nice too...

I think I'll have the Digni-T at morning tea (after my Work Arrival Coffee (hand ground beans)) and the Mortali-T at afternoon tea...

(my workmates are making fun of my tea cup and tea pot...)
Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

That comment possibly needs some explaining, otherwise people will think I'm an ex con!

Yes, just a short stint for 8 weeks at this stage, but they're advertised it ongoing so I'll apply and see how I go...
