Thanked: 603I'm a coffee home-roaster, but I've always enjoyed tea, too (I avoid the frou-frou herbal teas, preferring "single-origin", like chamomile or rose hips). When the cooler weather arrives, I like a mug of regular tea with a sprig of spearmint, or one of Constant Comment with a healthy dollop of Half 'n Half.

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

Todays tea
Lazy day, I have a long christmas vacation and so I have ample time to cook a little. To accompany my 2000 pu erh brick I made some brandade de morue. Good stuff
