TOTM is a 50/50 mix of 'Fruit Melange' (elderberries, black currants and leaves, hibiscus, rose-hip peel and apple pieces) and 'Black Jasmine' flavoured tea (semi fermented black tea blended with jasmine flowers). One lump of sugar. Astonishing, simply astonishing :-)
