Yeah, it truly is really nice. I use just just enough that fits into my palm of my hand when it's cupped; about a tea spoon. So this tea was about two tea spoon's worth...

Hahaha.........did you hit your thumb with a hammer or something? hilarious. Earl gray is branded under another name here, its called "catzpizz", but, each to their own.

Man........you guys are into the abuse ? Anyway...Earl grey is just good tea no matter where it's from.What matters is the taste. Black tea is black tea. Lets not get surly and bogged down on where it's from or who drinks what. When I was a sole coffee drinker,I never got into being a coffee snob.For the record,I still drink instant coffee in a pinch .I sure as heck don't want to be a tea snob. If I had to and was poor,I would drink Lipton .For those of you not from the states,Lipton is like generic black tea drank hot or iced. If your into ritual and exotic tea that's great.And if your just a regular guy who likes a comforting hot cuppa on a rainy day or for breakfast,then drink what's common . I drink good Oolongs sometimes,sometimes I drink really nice Russian blends when I can afford it.Right now I'm drinkin farm style as I like to call it. Just good ol black decent everyday tea.PG Tips ,Bigelow Earl Grey and Even bought some Yorkshire gold blend. I din't start this thread to be snobby....I started one day when I was making a cuppa black with milk and sugar and was feelin comfort....not because I wanted to show off my fine bone China....and Mick my Good mate...I'll drink a billy tea with you any day ..yer my kinda snob ! Really do like yer little pot though and the rustic ol mug..man(Hobbit) after my own.

Oh, that's just what we do down this way, you should see our parliament question time, it's highly inappropriate!

However, personal abuse is also a way of showing affection, for some reason. I mean, I can call you absolutely anything in this country if I just whack a 'You old...' in front of it.

I like how this thread is similar to the SOTD thread, how it doesn't matter if you have one 10 dollar razor and a Palmolive Shave Stick it's still interesting to hear about the experience and also share a joke or two...

When I drink a cup of tea..I amagine...............Bein on the bridge of an old ship(Maybe the Titanic even) on a cold gray day sharin a cup with my shipmates, bein a soldier in the trenches sharin a muddy old cup on a cold day before the push or in the officers barracks doin paperwork while wearin my uniform smartly and in a gentlemanly way, sittin in my Hobbit hole havin second breakfast,sittin in a russian cabin enjoying the samovar with my friends and lot's of good things to eat,sitting in my little dream cottage lookin out into the forest and thanking God for peace and quiet,or just sitting with my Pipe and listening to quiet with my cat on my lap or maybe havin a nice chai with some good curry during the Raj (I'm American by the way chuckling)....Sometimes I envision myself out on the sea in a fishing trawler by myself at the wheel with my tea and my pipe and my beat up old ball cap...tea takes me to a lot of cool places in my Walter Mitty mind....ts'why I like tea !

I know all about how Commonwealth folk dig on each other...I grew up with'em.....and yes....you saw instant coffee....might want to go check yer drawers just in case...didn't mean to get anyone in a twist here
