Attachment 193366Simple and real cheap,4 chickin thighs.coated with my secret herbal mix,dredged in Flour,than fried in Bacon grease till done (about 30 mins)
As a side we have Idaho spuds,baked until crispy,I coat them them with bacon grease and salt before baking.
when done scoop out most of the spud (you can make potatoe pancakes down the road) slather with butter,some garlic salt,a layer of finally cooked bacon bits, a layer of chopped green onys,some grated cheese on to.pop in the oven till browned a bit.
Is a $4 dinner for two:)
