    Uh Hi, Hello hey,it's me Nightblade(Mike feedback) testing 1,2,3,
    .......Sooooooooooooooo it's been a very long while since I have stopped by and I just got done making dinner and thought I'd pay a visit. This is totally off the cuff but not really. I wanted to make a diabetic friendlier Gumbo without all the roux and rice and came up with this. I'm calling it "Southern soup" ....I know,"how original right" A melange of okra,collard greens,black eye peas,green pepper,onion,chopped up mushrooms(Portos in this case)lots O Cajun Seasoning,bay leaf and olive oil, touch of heavy creme to the bowl (Optional) tightened up with a little arrow root. and of course turkey and chicken sausage.
    Not too bad fella's .......Eat well lads ,eat well. P.S. its not heavy like regular Gumbo and well, it's not even Gumbo but, it's filling and spicey and the cream gives it a nice velvety smoothness. This is good fall soup for sure......Name: 20190919_023757.jpg Views: 158 Size: 31.2 KB

    Dear Lord,..........not the Linquini with clam sauce ! You know what happens when you order that........ face down in the clam sauce,another victim of the opposition if you know what I mean. Looks awesome though other than that !!
