Heck, I coulda squealed like a pig and worked in a Lord of The Flies reference, too.
That being said, looking at these pics, especially Maxi's pit make me glad my wife already told me she's taking me to what I'd have to say is some darn awesome BBQ. Possibly the best I've ever et (for you guys in VA it's Big Daddy's in Stephens City).Last edited by bharner; 06-13-2011 at 02:42 AM.

Man, I just have to get a BGE. Grilled a pork loin on the Weber last night. Got plans for a couple of Boston Butts and perhaps a brisket this coming weekend. Those will be on the Brinkman smoker.
